





An industrial company with more than 80 employees is looking for an Operations Planner **Responsibilities:** * Plan and consolidate monthly and quarterly demand forecasts, considering historical data, seasonality, product launches, and marketing campaigns. * Coordinate with Sales and Marketing the forecast review (S\&OP process), identifying critical or high-turnover products. * Develop and keep updated the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with plant capacity, raw material availability, and shipment priorities. * Schedule and monitor production orders by line, optimizing sequences, batch sizes, and changeover times to maximize operational efficiency. * Monitor key performance indicators such as OEE, OTIF, production plan compliance, and forecast accuracy, proposing adjustments based on actual results. * Manage the supply of raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring optimal inventory levels and on-time delivery fulfillment. * Coordinate with Procurement, Suppliers, Maintenance, and Quality teams regarding operational needs, preventing stockouts or overstocking. * Prepare reports and status updates on production and shipping plans, as well as dashboards using tools such as Power BI or ERP systems. * Participate in the monthly S\&OP committee, providing analysis on capacity, inventory, and operational performance. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on production efficiency, cycle time reduction, and process optimization. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Knowledge:** * Advanced SAP knowledge. * Advanced Excel, Power BI, and statistical demand analysis. * Continuous improvement tools: Lean, Kaizen, 5S (desirable). * Inventory management knowledge (ABC, turnover) and Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies. * Intermediate technical English (desirable for interaction with international suppliers). **Requirements:** * Degree or partial degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * 03 years of experience in similar roles, and 06 years of experience in industrial companies. **Benefits:** * Location: Lurín * Shuttle bus service * Professional growth opportunities.
