**Organizational Development Manager (Project Lead)** We are looking for a Project Lead to join our team. The person in this role will be responsible for leading our training and consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring their proper planning, execution, and profitability. **What will your role be?** \- You will be the main point of contact with our clients (managers, supervisors). The relationship with them and understanding their needs will go through you. \- You will lead the diagnosis and creation of instructional designs. This part is key. \- You will plan and execute projects: controlling timelines, costs, and ensuring the quality of our deliverables. \- You will coordinate the work of external consultants and serve as mentor and guide to the team's Organizational Development Assistant. \- You will lead client presentation and project justification meetings, providing project feedback. \- You will provide commercial support through technical advisory and assist the sales team in developing and presenting proposals. **What profile are we looking for?** **\- Education:** Professionals in Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or related fields. Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. \- **Experience:** Proven experience managing organizational development or training consulting projects. Ideally with specialization in Talent Management or Learning Methodologies. \- **Key Skill:** Mastery of Instructional Design (ID). \- **Competencies:** Client orientation, assertive and empathetic communication, collaborative leadership, critical thinking, planning and organization, emotional management and resilience, influence and negotiation. \- **Personality:** Someone highly organized, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus.
