We are looking for a Superstar like you, insanely focused on our customers and wanting to have the best day, every day? **Main responsibilities:** * Channel requirements from Advisors/Customers to the corresponding departments and follow up until completion and/or customer satisfaction. * Prepare daily quotations according to Pricing guidelines. * Guide and advise TOP customers, offering the appropriate service for each situation. * Provide clear and timely information. * Generate efficiency reports on customer shipments and send them according to customer requirements on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis, in order to keep the customer informed about the status of their shipments and DHL's service. * Provide advice on products and services offered by DHL. * Respond to emails from Advisors/Customers regarding various customer requirements, accurately identifying needs and ensuring response and resolution. * Provide effective solutions to service deviations, escalating when necessary, following established lines (supervisor, manager, director). * Comply with programs, manuals, procedures and instructions applicable within SST. **Requirements:** * University graduate in Business Administration or International Business. * Minimum one year of experience in sales or administrative sales management. * Intermediate level of English. * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. * Excellent typing speed and ability to handle information systems. * Strong handling of objections and difficult situations. * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). * Negotiation and interpersonal skills. * Availability to work on-site in Callao, near Jorge Chavez Airport. (Located at the level of Outlet Arauco Faucett Shopping Center).
