We work together with the joy of achieving the impossible. **Job Description** Supervise and guide the sales team following company guidelines, aiming to ensure the achievement of monthly and annual performance indicators. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Prepare the pre-morning meeting for the sales force, presenting the supervisor's One Dash, including volume indicators, coverage, R\+N, effectiveness, digital indicators, commercial policy strategies, the day's challenge, and route planning. * Conduct direct route accompaniment to gain visibility into the sales representative's commercial process performance, including the Plus sales process, sales pitch (speech), and customer knowledge. * Conduct indirect route accompaniment as needed, aiming to improve results by visiting all customers and reviewing the status of cold equipment to assess impact on performance. * Conduct requested evening meetings to ensure follow-up on sales representatives' results, guaranteeing success in achieving objectives. * Process new customer registrations and cancellations to optimize route effectiveness and maintain an updated list of active customers. * Prepare and justify a list for cold equipment installation to increase sales, enhance customer loyalty, and improve brand display. * Provide analytical information (sales tracking, coverage, incentives) to offer visibility into sales trends and identify specific needs for each indicator, thereby optimizing sales representatives' performance. * Control, review, and organize folders according to customer requirements (planning, materials) to ensure compliance with WCS processes. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 2 years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Advanced Excel skills
