**Senior Ericsson Multi Activation Developer (EMA)** We are looking for a passionate Senior Ericsson Multi Activation (EMA) Developer to join our global team. As a senior developer, you will work closely with other developers, solution architects, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. You must bring solid experience in activation platforms, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions within telecommunications environments. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design, develop, and configure activation workflows and provisioning logic in EMA. * Integrate EMA with upstream BSS systems (EOC, BSCS, CRM) and downstream fixed-service network elements. * Ensure smooth orchestration and execution of service activation requests across multiple technology domains. * Implement solutions in development, testing, and production environments, ensuring performance and stability. * Provide L2 support for incident resolution and L3 support for complex activation issues. * Collaborate with solution architects and cross-functional teams to align provisioning processes with business requirements. * Ensure high-quality standards through testing, validation, and optimization of activation flows. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Educational Level Required:** \- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems, or Informatics \- Related degree in technology, computer science, or engineering. **TECHNICAL SKILLS:** * Proven experience with Ericsson Multi Activation (EMA) in telecommunications projects. * Solid knowledge of activation flows, provisioning, and service orchestration. * Integration of EMA with EOC, BSCS, HLR/HSS, PCRF, IMS, and other systems. * Programming and scripting: Shell, JavaScript, XML configuration. * Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL). * Knowledge of integration protocols: SOAP, CORBA, HTTP, JMS, REST APIs. * Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory). **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Location: Remote * Contract type: Contract * Country: Chile, Peru / Latam * Full-time * Project within a global telecommunications environment **Benefits** * Birthday free day. * Health insurance. * Training opportunities. * Exclusive discounts for you. * Happy Holidays (vacation bonus).
