




**Job Objective** Develop and maintain commercial relationships with companies and/or businesses in the food industry (dairy, baking, pastry, meat, and others), providing technical and commercial solutions through the sale of functional ingredients. **Academic Requirements** * Professional degree in Food Industry Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Additional training in technical sales or industrial marketing is desirable. **Work Experience** * Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in the food industry. * Proven experience in marketing ingredients, additives, or raw materials for: *Baking and pastry. (Dairy, proteins) / Meat industry (functional proteins, texturizers, preservatives, extenders) / Prior contact with manufacturing companies, distributors, and food development laboratories.* **Technical Knowledge** * Processes and formulations in baking, pastry, and meat products. * Functionality of proteins, fats, and emulsifiers. * Basic knowledge of food labeling and food safety regulations (Codex, DIGESA). * Intermediate Excel skills and customer management tools. **Desirable Qualifications** * Own transportation for industrial visits. * Availability to travel within the country (visits to wholesale markets and food plants). * Intermediate level of technical English is desirable. **We Offer** * Permanent employment contract under general regime with all statutory benefits. * Working hours from Monday to Friday. * Professional and career development.
