Today, our **Automotive** Management is looking for its next **Warranty Analyst**, who will essentially be responsible for processing warranty and recall claims, supporting the service network to recover warranty payments from manufacturers. **What you will do** * Execute required actions to ensure availability of products and spare parts stock for recall campaigns, considering minimum safety levels * Carry out warranty and recall claim procedures to recover agreed terms from the manufacturer * Monitor progress of recalls on vehicles in transit and in stock to ensure delivery of vehicles with corresponding recall work completed; control warranty spare parts stock and its disposal to comply with agreements with the manufacturer * Prepare, analyze and present warranty, recall and recovery performance reports * Prepare spare parts cost recovery list * Prepare warranty accounting provision report and send it to the accounting department **About You** To succeed in this role, you must: * Have a degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Technology or related fields * Technical or management specializations are desirable * Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken * Knowledge of Power BI (basic level) and Microsoft Office (intermediate level) * Previous experience as an automotive technician or analyst in warranty, after-sales or technical support areas, between 1 to 3 years * Intermediate level SAP skills or similar enterprise management systems **What we offer** At Inchcape we are building the future of mobility, and we invite you to do it with us.
