Dynamic individuals with strong interpersonal and technical skills who ensure a unique experience for every customer by combining knowledge, efficiency, and hospitality. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender or in similar positions in bars, restaurants, or mixology establishments of comparable standard. * Excellent presence, communication skills, and service-oriented attitude. * Solid knowledge of both classic and contemporary mixology techniques. * Strong organizational ability, speed, and attention to detail. * Flexible working hours (rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays). * Completed secondary education. * Preferred: specialized training in mixology or beverages (courses, certifications, workshops). **Specific Knowledge:** * Preparation of classic cocktails, signature cocktails, and mocktails. * Handling and knowledge of liquors, spirits, and wines. * Bar service techniques and customer service protocols. * Inventory control and management of beverage and supply stock. * Hygiene regulations, safe handling, and proper storage of beverages. * Use of bar tools and equipment (shakers, jiggers, mixers, etc.). * Basic food-and-beverage pairing knowledge and drink recommendation skills. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks according to quality and presentation standards. * Advise and recommend drinks based on customer preferences and menu offerings. * Ensure a personalized and courteous experience during every bar service interaction. * Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift. * Monitor supply inventory and manage timely restocking. * Collaborate in designing and creating new cocktail and signature beverage proposals. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and food-and-beverage handling regulations. * Support and work collaboratively with dining room and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
