We are currently seeking top talent for the position of: Ecommerce and Marketing Leader. Responsibilities: \- Manage communication and development of advertising campaigns in collaboration with the creative agency. \- Develop and lead the company's comprehensive marketing strategy. \- Develop and execute advertising campaigns through the most effective platforms, supervising content creation and ensuring proper communication of brand values and benefits. \- Design, implement, and oversee digital marketing strategies, ensuring accurate brand promotion across digital channels such as social media, website, and others. \- Coordinate internal and external communication strategies, guaranteeing proper information dissemination within the company and in the market. \- Manage and supervise the company's marketing budget. \- Develop customer loyalty strategies. \- Propose and coordinate innovative projects related to new sales methods and customer experiences, both in physical stores and online. \- Perform similar or related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
