We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Electrical Installation Supervisor:** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Ensure fieldwork operations and coordinate at all levels. \- Guarantee construction compliance according to project engineering. \- Responsible for supervising direct personnel on site. \- Establish or adjust work procedures to develop production schedules. \- Manage project budgets. \- Review and approve material purchase requests and ensure worksite supply. \- Analyze and resolve work-related issues, providing support in solving operational difficulties. \- Project valuations. \- Preparation of work reports. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Previous experience in **Supervision or Site Resident roles**. \- Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience supervising projects in **retail and office environments**. (Residential, commercial, and industrial) \- Experience preparing budgets, reports, **official documents**, and direct and indirect cost templates. \- Knowledge in project management, budgeting, and expertise in **electrical installations**. \- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project). **SPECIFIC SKILLS:** \- Teamwork and leadership. \- Excellent communication skills. \- Problem-solving ability. \- Negotiation skills. **BENEFITS:** \- Formal employment with all statutory benefits from the first day of work.
