Discover our vacancy for ACCESS NETWORK DESIGN MANAGER **Job Responsibilities:** * Define the vision and evolution strategy for mobile access network equipment aligned with corporate objectives. * Lead the design of scalable, resilient, and efficient access network architectures. * Participate in CAPEX/OPEX investment planning related to network design. * Supervise the development of technical specifications and design criteria for new deployments and modernizations. * Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budget. * Oversee the implementation of pilots and proof-of-concept trials. * Lead and develop the design engineering team, promoting continuous improvement and professional growth. * Evaluate and select technologies and solutions in collaboration with strategic vendors. * Analyze access network performance and propose design improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. **Requirements:** Professional degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. 8 years of experience in telecommunications and 3 years leading technical teams or network design projects. **Knowledge of access network architecture:** 4G/5G, network protocols, traffic modeling. Knowledge in spectrum and RF planning (desirable). Knowledge in technical evaluation of network solutions and technologies. Experience managing network infrastructure deployment projects.
