We are looking for someone with an insatiable curiosity about the digital world, who has already self-taughtly explored how to create websites, how social media ads work, and has innovative ideas. **Is this you?** * You live in San Juan de Miraflores. * You are between 25 and 30 years old, with great energy and a hunger to conquer the world. * You are self-taught: you spend hours on YouTube, blogs, or online courses learning about marketing, design, and technology. * You are "tech\-savvy": you feel comfortable trying out new tools and platforms. * You are looking for more than just a salary: you want a place where you can learn, propose ideas, make mistakes, and have a real impact. **Your Main Missions:** * **Web Design and Management:** Assist in creating and updating our websites (mainly on WordPress and Shopify), ensuring they are attractive and functional. * **Advertising Campaigns:** Learn to plan, launch, and measure campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok to attract customers. * **E\-commerce Management:** Collaborate in managing online stores, from product listings to optimizing the shopping experience. * **Process Automation:** Research and implement tools (such as Zapier or Make) to automate repetitive marketing and sales tasks. We want you to help us become more efficient! * **Data Analysis:** Measure what works and what doesn't, preparing simple reports to make better decisions. **Requirements:** * **Essential:** Demonstrable passion for digital marketing.
