We wish you great success throughout this process! **ASSISTANT MANAGER GCM BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE \& DATASUPPORT** **Purpose** Leads the Planning area of Global Capital Markets, ensuring that business strategies, plans, and initiatives are executed and fulfilled in accordance with current internal rules, policies, and procedures. **Responsibilities** * Promotes a customer-centric culture to deepen client relationships and leverage the Bank's broad relationships, systems, and expertise. * Ensures the accurate preparation of daily and monthly Profit and Loss statements, providing tools to measure and control unit performance and management. * Responsible for designing, preparing, and monitoring Management Reports to ensure achievement of fiscal year objectives. Prepares results presentations for the Unit's Vice Presidency. * Leads and participates in the development of regional and local special projects, the Capital Markets budget plan, and ensures proper implementation of new products (derivatives, synthetics) added to the existing portfolio. * Participates in the Internal Capital Markets Committee to review new and existing processes, propose improvements, and request updates to product fact sheets. * Participates in the preparation of the department's Budget Plan and monitors its execution. * Responsible for tracking GCM performance progress and adherence to the allocated budget. * Understands the Bank's risk culture and how risk appetite should be considered in daily activities and decisions. * Creates an environment where efficient and effective operations are conducted within respective areas, while ensuring adequacy, compliance, and effectiveness of daily business controls to meet obligations aimed at reducing operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, money laundering and terrorist financing risk, and conduct risk, including responsibilities established under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, International Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Manual, and Business Conduct Guidelines. * Promotes a high-performance environment and implements a workforce strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates the team; to achieve this, fosters an inclusive work environment, communicates vision, values, and business strategy, and manages a succession and development plan for the team. **Requirements:** * University degree: Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering.
