




**Policlínico Medicert** is looking for a professional to fill the position of Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, and Sales to join our team. **Requirements:** * Technical studies and/or completed secondary education. * Basic level proficiency in Word and Excel. * **Experience in customer service and sales**, providing friendly and professional service. **Responsibilities:** * Handle daily customer inquiries via corporate email and WhatsApp (prompt and courteous responses). * Provide service to individuals visiting the clinic (customers, suppliers, and the general public). * Ensure order and good appearance of the company's offices. * Assist with office tasks for the administrative department. * Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Maintain ongoing communication with our customer database via WhatsApp. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 7:45am to 5:30pm Saturdays: 7:45am to 2:00pm **Work Location:** Jr. Teodoro Cárdenas 468 \- Santa Beatriz .
