Requirements: * Minimum 3 months of experience in call centers (customer service or sales) or in-person sales. * Proven experience closing sales over the phone. * Excellent writing skills and verbal communication abilities. * Availability to work in Los Olivos. Preferably residing in Lima Norte. * Proactive attitude focused on results. * Availability for 100% in-person work. * Availability to work the morning shift: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with rotating days off. We offer: * MYPE payroll enrollment from the first month. * Fixed salary of S/ 1130 + bonuses based on goal achievement. * One day off on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday (depending on company needs). * Excellent work environment. * Initial training to enhance your skills. Main responsibilities: * Attend to, advise, and persuade potential customers via WhatsApp (chat, audio messages, calls, and social media). * Provide information about Novaris products and promotions (accessories). * Generate sales and conduct post-sale follow-up. * Follow up on leads until the sale is closed. * Use the Kommo system to manage conversations and sales stages. * Meet sales targets and maintain excellent customer service.
