**Job Objective:** Manage the digital presence of C\&R Integral Service, strengthening the brand image on social media, supporting content creation, internal communication and talent attraction campaigns with a creative, proactive and multifunctional approach. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer and activate **corporate social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)**. * Create and schedule **graphic content, videos, and texts** aligned with C\&R's tone. * Monitor messages and comments, maintaining **constant communication with the digital community**. * Support the **writing of job postings, recruitment materials, and employer branding campaigns**. * Coordinate with internal departments the **dissemination of achievements, events, and projects**. * Prepare **monthly reports on reach, engagement, and growth**. * Assist in the **organization of internal activations and communication with candidates**. * Perform basic **design tasks using Canva** and video editing (reels or short clips). * Provide support in **photography, visual documentation, and corporate writing**. **Candidate Profile:** * Technical or university degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year of experience managing corporate social media**. * Knowledge of: * Operation of **Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn**. * **Canva, CapCut, or basic editing tools**. * Content strategies and digital audience segmentation. * Skills: creativity, organization, empathy, effective communication, results orientation, adaptability, and problem-solving ability. * Added value: interest in topics related to **human resources, employability, or industrial services**.
