**PROFILE:** \-Bachelor's degree or graduate in Mechanical Engineering \-Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting, assembly, and quality control. \-Proficiency in design software (intermediate level). \-Technical English (reading manuals and specifications). \-Knowledge of drawing design software. \-Metrology and blueprint reading. \-Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \-Develop and validate designs of parts, components, and mechanical assemblies according to customer or production requirements. \-Perform stress calculations, tolerances, fits, and selection of suitable materials. \-Create technical drawings using specialized software. \-Standardize designs to optimize manufacturing and reduce production time. \-Coordinate with production and maintenance departments to ensure correct interpretation and execution of drawings. \-Supervise dimensional and technical quality of manufactured parts using appropriate measuring instruments. \-Prepare dimensional control reports and record non-conformities detected during the process. \-Coordinate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions arising from quality control. \-Monitor manufacturing and maintenance processes. \-Participate in innovation, automation, or continuous improvement projects. \-Provide technical support to maintenance and production departments when technical product information is required. **BENEFITS**: \-Formal employment with legal benefits including CTS and vacations. \-Working hours: 08:00 to 17:50 \-Work mode: On-site Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Work location: On-site position
