What will you do on a daily basis? You will serve as the first point of support for technicians encountering system access issues. You will provide clear and prompt guidance for incident resolution. You will record information in Excel and internal platforms. You will coordinate with different departments to ensure timely solutions. What are we looking for in you? Technical or university education (in progress or completed). Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Strong communication skills, service-oriented attitude, and solution-focused mindset.
