We are looking for a Maintenance Operator oriented toward organization, attention to detail, and possessing solid administrative and tax-related knowledge. The selected candidate will provide direct support to various departments, ensuring proper information flow and compliance with internal processes. Requirements Recently graduated technician in Maintenance Mechanics. 1 year of experience. Basic knowledge of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) (desirable). Basic knowledge of Identification of Environmental Aspects and Impacts associated with own activities (desirable). Rotating Shift Schedule: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. 9:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, perform reconciliations, and upload payments to banking platforms weekly or as needed. Maintain updated databases of clients, potential clients, and suppliers (contacts, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.). Support the Human Resources Department in document filing, scanning, recruitment processes, and information updates. Prepare purchase and service orders, request quotations, manage basic procurement, receive materials, and control delivery notes. Support internal and external audits. Manage office supply stock control. Manage and maintain the document archiving system, ensuring correct classification, registration, and location of documents. Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the coordinator or supervisor. Benefits: Full payroll from day one.
