ACIS PROCESS company is looking for an ENGINEERING AND COMMERCIAL SUPPORT INTERN (customer service) SURCO. **Requirements**:  Graduate or final cycle of university or technical studies in industrial engineering, electronics, electrical, environmental, mechatronics, or industrial administration.  Knowledge of operating systems.  Teamwork skills with a results-oriented approach through sales targets.  Proactive.  Intermediate level of MS Office.  Work experience in customer service and/or sales.  Ability to prepare quotations and service reports for customers.  Availability to work in SURCO (REFERENCE: PUENTE BENAVIDES) from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 8am to 11am. **Responsibilities**:  Assist the Commercial Coordinator and executives in assigned administrative tasks.  Update customer databases.  Follow up on customer purchase orders and services.  Request confirmations for completed products and services.  Send and follow up on customer satisfaction surveys.  Prepare and track OTIs.  Notify customers of maintenance service schedules.  Send necessary documentation for invoicing.  Submit performance reports to immediate supervisor.  Ensure timely delivery of reports.  Comply with company policies and procedures.  Comply with the Internal Work Regulations.  Participate in assigned work teams and perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Salary**: S/1,130 Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 per month Application questions: *  Are you a graduate in industrial, electronic, electrical, or mechatronic engineering? * Do you have minimum work experience of 3 to 6 months in customer service and/or sales, or in preparing quotations and service reports for customers? * Which district do you live in?
