




Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Assistant to provide support for virtual and in-person training events, managing rooms, support tickets, and training materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of resources for workshops At Adecco, on behalf of our client — one of the largest banks in the country — we are looking for a TRAINING ASSISTANT. Work Location: BBVA Head Office · What We Are Looking For: 1 year of experience as a training assistant/logistics coordinator. Technical or university graduates in Administration or related fields. Intermediate-level Office proficiency. · Benefits: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Weekend rest (Saturday and Sunday). Fixed salary of 1700 soles; full payroll with all statutory labor benefits. Transportation allowance of 300 soles. · Responsibilities: Supporting facilitators during virtual or in-person events. Room reservation and management before and during events. Generating maintenance and technical support tickets via Help Desk. Coordinating coffee breaks and/or lunches.
