Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to handle and stow shipments, perform physical inspection, verify documents, and carry out the numbering and digitization of shipping labels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handling and stowing of shipments according to DHL standards 2. Verification of documents and tracking of shipments 3. What is your challenge? Handle and stow shipments correctly, complying with DHL standards and requirements (GLOBAL SOP). Perform physical inspection of shipments assigned to the red channel, as well as returned shipments (re-shipments), and track them accordingly. Receive and verify documents (Customs rejections). Carry out the numbering, correction, digitization, and re-shipment of express delivery shipping labels. Perform core and complementary duties inherent to the position, as well as comply with instructions and directives issued by management. Ensure compliance with internal controls designed by the company (CRISP) in processes under the employee’s responsibility. · Requirements: Completed university or technical degree in International Trade, International Business, Administration, or related fields. Courses in customs clearance, customs legislation, trade agreements and treaties. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills.
