




Important Peruvian company, responsible for providing fire protection system installation services, with clients being some of the most important companies in the country, is currently seeking an Accounting - Administrative Assistant. Requirements: Technical or University degree in Accounting Knowledge and experience in accounting entries and tax filings Advanced knowledge of local tax regulations Proficiency in accounting tools and systems (CONCAR, SISCONT) or similar Advanced Excel skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in areas related to tax accounting Experience in leadership roles and team supervision Strong results orientation and goal-setting, with a proactive mindset Ability to foster teamwork, cohesion, and consensus Solid problem analysis and resolution skills, generating effective solutions Responsibilities: 1\. Preparation and control of accounting records: a) Maintain and update the organization's accounting records b) Record and classify all financial transactions according to accounting principles and established internal policies c) Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of balances d) Generate periodic financial reports such as balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement 2\. Budget and expense control: a) Participate in the preparation of the annual budget b) Monitor and control expenses, comparing them against the established budget c) Analyze variances and provide recommendations for improving financial performance 3\. Compliance with tax and legal obligations: a) Prepare and file tax returns and other reports required by tax authorities b) Stay updated on tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance c) Coordinate with external legal and tax advisors when necessary 4\. Treasury management: a) Manage the organization's cash flows, ensuring availability and proper use b) Process payments to suppliers, employees, and other financial obligations 5\. Administrative management a) Update billing schedule and accounts receivable and payable b) Accurately bill services c) Carry out staff timekeeping and prepare payroll d) Prepare employment contracts e) Handle AFP submissions and payments f) Manage assigned petty cash fund 6\.
