Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical or Civil Engineer to supervise the manufacturing and assembly of steel structures, lead teams, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise manufacturing and assembly of steel structures 2. Coordinate teams and quality control 3. Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations We are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer – Steel Structures Supervisor or a Civil Engineer with experience in manufacturing and assembly of steel structures to join our team. Requirements Degree-holding and licensed (preferably registered) Mechanical or Civil Engineer. Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising manufacturing and assembly of steel structures. Proficiency in interpreting structural and fabrication drawings. Knowledge of welding, fitting, assembly, and erection processes. Familiarity with applicable safety and quality standards in the industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (preferred). Class AI driver’s license (preferred). Willingness to work in Lima. Responsibilities Supervise manufacturing and assembly of steel structures. Coordinate work with technical staff and contractors. Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and schedules. Supervise quality of executed works. Manage resources, materials, and equipment assigned to the project. Prepare progress reports and daily reports. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. Competencies Leadership. Teamwork. Organization and planning.
