Perform daily maintenance and consumables stock control A well-established company specializing in the manufacturing, design, and assembly of metal structures is seeking a CNC Operator (Kaltenbach and Avenger Drill) for our SJL plant. Requirements: Technical degree in Maintenance Mechanics, Machines and Tools. DESIRABLE 2 years of experience as a machine operator. Knowledge of Pantograph machine operation, H-beam cutting, drilling machines, shear cutting machines, blueprint reading, units of measurement, calibration equipment (MANDATORY) Knowledge of tape measure, vernier caliper, micrometer. Responsibilities: Perform checklist for each machine before operation. Verify consumables stock in coordination with warehouse staff. Enter daily progress report per machine into the system. Perform daily maintenance (cleaning and inspection). Ensure that the hoist is stored at the end of each day. Keep chip cylinders empty. Benefits: Formal employment with all statutory benefits.
