Job Description: We are looking for the best talents to fill the position of Building Concierge, on Day Shift with rotating shifts, according to the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS** * Attach CV, certificate * Minimum 1 year of experience in concierge services, customer service, porter duties, security, or building reception * Availability to work day shift from 6 PM to 6 AM, 12-hour shifts * Preferably live near Jesus María, Magdalena. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide customer service to internal clients (residents) and external clients (visitors, suppliers, public institutions) * Control access for residents and visitors. * Receive documents. * Monitor and safeguard the condominium, apartment building, or residential complex. * Verify proper functioning of surveillance cameras. * Perform daily rounds and inspections. * Control vehicle access for residents and visitors. * Other duties as detailed **REPORTING:** * Directly to management **Must have immediate availability** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,450.00 per month Work location: Onsite employment
