




**Requirements:** · Customer service experience preferred. · Good presence, charisma, and ability to connect with the audience. · Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn. · Availability to work in person 6 days a week in San Isidro. **Responsibilities:** · Interact with the audience in a cheerful and respectful manner, creating a pleasant experience. · Participate in the creation of dynamic and creative content (videos, live broadcasts, etc.). · Conduct live casino games on camera. · Follow greeting protocols and properly manage the assigned game. · Maintain a professional and visually appealing on-camera presence. **Schedule:** Workload: 6 days per week with 1 scheduled day off. Once scheduled, it becomes a fixed shift. **Shifts:** · 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. · 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. · 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (with a 35% night shift premium). · Break time of 30 to 90 minutes depending on the shift, as per legal requirements. · Work on holidays with compensation according to law. **Benefits:** · Fixed starting salary: S/. 1,200 per month. · Formal employment under the general regime (EsSalud, AFP/ONP, vacations, bonuses, CTS). · 10-day paid initial training. · Opportunities for growth and development.
