Field Supervision Engineer

Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise field teams, ensure routes and quality standards, manage compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH) requirements, and coordinate with clients and authorities for continuous service improvement. Organization, planning, and results orientation **Main Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Accounting, Political Science, or Law (issued no less than 5 years ago). * Experience: Counted from the date the bachelor's degree was awarded; experience supervising or coordinating solid waste operations (not mandatory). * Training: Diploma or courses in solid waste management (not mandatory). **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise field crews: attendance, roles, and operational discipline. * Ensure routes, quality standards, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Ensure OSH compliance and reporting of incidents or near-misses. * Monitor operational KPIs (coverage, productivity, timeliness). * Coordinate with clients, authorities, and drive continuous service improvement. **Desired Competencies:** * Field leadership and team management. * Effective communication and negotiation. * Organization, planning, and results orientation. * Problem-solving and working under pressure.
