Our client, an important Peruvian company in the private security sector with more than 30 years in the market, has entrusted us with the search for a **Head of Security and Surveillance Operations**. What are the main responsibilities? * Supervise daily operations of security services (physical, electronic and patrol), ensuring compliance with company protocols and standards. * Develop and execute operational plans, allocating resources (personnel, vehicles, equipment) according to the needs of each service or client. * Lead and coordinate regional managers, shift supervisors and guards, guaranteeing personnel discipline, punctuality and appearance. * Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve operational incidents. * Coordinate on-site response and resolution of events or emergencies, ensuring a rapid and effective response. * Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and occupational safety requirements applicable to the sector. * Generate operational reports, performance indicators and proposals for continuous improvement. What are we looking for? * Professionals trained in the Armed Forces, with studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Proficiency in MS Office and operational management software. * Knowledge of private security legislation and labor relations. * Experience handling control and monitoring systems. * Operational logistics management and cost control. * Ability to prepare management reports and indicators. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions. * Leadership-oriented, helpful, dynamic, organized, detail-oriented and collaborative individual.
