LAWYER or CIVIL ENGINEER with experience in state procurement, works or services, bidding processes, selection procedures, SEACE, OSCE, knowledge of BID, NEC, FIDIC or OTHER contracts, Framework Agreement - Peru Compras. *Functions:* \-Search for selection procedures, minor requirements below 8 UITs and large processes, quote requests, market research, supplier search, comparative tables, formats. \-Prepare quotations/budgets/economic proposals directed to our main clients \-Prepare comparative tables to evaluate suppliers and identify the best proposal for order fulfillment \-Gather technical data sheets of offered products according to Technical Specifications (EETT \- TDR) \-Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers \-Will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to public and private project bidding processes. \-Will analyze bidding requirements and prepare necessary documentation for participation in processes. \-Will carry out the complete process to submit bids on government platforms (SEACE, OSCE) \-Will monitor and control ongoing processes, ensuring each process is completed on schedule. \-Will evaluate and analyze bidding documents, terms of reference, and technical specifications.
