Sapelli Mobiliario is a Peruvian company dedicated to the manufacturing and commercialization of contract furniture, located in Villa El Salvador. **Requirements:** Students in the final cycles or graduates in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 02 years of experience in logistics, continuous improvement, or supply chain, preferably in industrial or manufacturing companies. Strong knowledge in Lean Manufacturing. **Responsibilities:** Analyze current logistical processes (receiving, storage, distribution) and identify improvement opportunities using a Lean approach. Design and implement Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Just in Time in logistical operations. Optimize material flows and warehouse layouts to improve productivity and reduce travel times. Coordinate with Production and Procurement departments to ensure synchronized supply according to plant and project needs. Monitor key logistics performance indicators (inventory turnover, delivery compliance, picking times, service level). Train logistics staff in Lean practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Participate in cross-departmental continuous improvement projects for the supply chain. Evaluate and standardize logistics procedures to ensure efficiency and sustainability of implemented changes.
