**Position Objective:** To safely, promptly, and efficiently collect, transport, and deliver orders, documents, or goods using an assigned motorcycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with the company's quality, safety, and integrity standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive delivery orders and arrange customer shipments. * Verify contents, delivery address, and transportation conditions before starting the route. * Ensure orders are properly packaged and in suitable condition for transport. * Transport orders responsibly using the motorcycle, complying with traffic and road safety regulations. * Follow assigned routes or suggest alternatives to optimize time and fuel consumption. * Deliver items to the end customer, confirming receipt via signature, application, or physical receipt. * Provide courteous, respectful, and professional treatment to customers during deliveries. * Report incidents, complaints, or delays to the operations or customer service department. * Represent the company’s institutional image positively at all times. * Maintain the uniform and other work equipment in optimal condition. * Immediately report any malfunctions, accidents, or incidents. * Comply with internal company policies regarding safety, integrity, and confidentiality. * Refrain from performing tasks unrelated to service or transporting unauthorized items. * Adhere to ethical, integrity, and professional conduct policies. **Skills and Competencies:** * Punctuality and responsibility. * Knowledge of urban and peripheral routes. * Ability to work under pressure and manage simultaneous deliveries. * Good customer service orientation. * Honesty, prudence, and commitment to safety. **Minimum Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or technical studies. * Valid driver's license (Category B-IIb or equivalent). * Proven experience in motorcycle delivery (minimum 1 year). * Valid SOAT insurance. * Basic knowledge of mechanics and preventive maintenance. * No serious or major traffic violations.
