**Job Description** At Grupo Star, a cinema chain ***MOVIETIME and CINESTAR***, we are looking for dynamic and committed collaborators interested in joining our team in the position of ***FULL TIME OR PART TIME MULTIFUNCTIONAL STAFF*** at our ***CINESTAR SULLANA*** location. **Location:** Av. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Rotation across 4 main areas: Ticketing / Confectionery / Cashier / Maintenance. * Promote and boost sales. * Know movie synopses to provide accurate information to customers. * Receive customer tickets and deliver products. * Guide customers to the correct screening room, providing proper information. * Ensure screenings start exactly on time. * Provide high-quality customer service. * Keep work area clean and in good condition. * Assist in cleaning the theater by collecting soda cups and popcorn boxes left on seats. * Follow instructions and suggestions provided by management and/or supervision. 2\. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 3 months of experience in customer service, cleaning, or sales. * Must reside in areas adjacent to the venue. * Ability to obtain a health certificate. * Immediate availability. 3\. WORKING CONDITIONS: * Working hours: FULL TIME: Monday \- Sunday (with one day off per week) from 2pm to 11pm.
