RESPONSIBILITIES: * Rotation across 4 core areas: Ticketing / Confectionery / Cashier / Maintenance. * Know movie synopses to provide accurate information to customers. * Receive customer tickets and deliver corresponding products. * Guide customers to the correct screening room, providing appropriate information. * Ensure screenings start exactly on time. * Provide high-quality customer service. * Keep work area clean and in good condition. * Assist in cleaning auditoriums by collecting soda cups and popcorn boxes left on seats. * Follow instructions and suggestions provided by management and/or supervision. 2\. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 3 months of experience in customer service/cleaning. * Must live in areas adjacent to the venue. * Must be able to process a health certificate. * Must have immediate availability. 3\. WORKING CONDITIONS: * Working hours: FULL TIME: Monday \- Sunday (with one day off per week) from 2pm to 11pm.
