**SKILLS SHARING VOLUNTEERING** **YOUR ROLE:** Support women entrepreneurs in developing their businesses across various areas such as general accounting, communication, organizational structure, planning, etc. Establish a relationship of trust with local partners. **HEADQUARTERS RELATION WITH IMPULSO:** During the first six months of your mission, you will complete several online training sessions compatible with full-time activities (internship, studies, etc.). This training will cover preparation for your on-site mission, guidance in fundraising 10,000€ to finance your mission, and ongoing support from headquarters during your assignment. You will also receive continuous support throughout your on-site mission. **RELATIONSHIP WITH LOCAL PARTNERS:** On site, you will be supported by local partners when meeting beneficiaries. You must build trusting relationships and adapt to different cultures to strengthen collaboration between partners, beneficiaries, and yourself. **RELATIONSHIP WITH ENTREPRENEURS:** The main purpose of your volunteering is to support women in vulnerable situations so they can develop sustainable income-generating economic activities. **SKILLS ACQUIRED DURING THE VOLUNTEERING:** *During mission preparation, you will develop:* * Creating a clear and convincing pitch and engaging an audience * Approaching foundations, companies, and others for support * Organizational skills and project structuring * Communication and event management * Private fundraising strategies * Team collaboration *During the on-site mission, you will develop:* * Autonomy and proactiveness * Adaptability, empathy, active listening, and patience * Spanish language skills and cultural adaptability * Project management and advisory capabilities * Accounting (digital or otherwise), communication, business structuring, etc. **IDEAL CANDIDATES:** * Curiosity & adaptability * Versatility & autonomy * Strong organizational skills & proactivity * Spanish REQUIRED * Motivation to engage in a meaningful project with social impact! * Mission carried out in pairs (you may apply individually or directly as a pair) **WHEN?** * Online training: July to December 2024 * On-site mission: January to July 2025 **WHERE?** Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, or Guatemala Job type: Internship Contract duration: 6 months Compensation: S/.500.00 to S/.600.00 per year Pre-selection questions: * Are you available from July to December 2026 to go on-site in Latin America?
