**Job Mission:** Gather information on Confiteca's production processes to manage productivity and process improvement projects. **Requirements:** \-Graduate of Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Food Industry Engineering \-Project management skills \-Proficiency in Excel and BI tools \-Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools \-Availability to perform internships 100% onsite in Ventanilla **Main Responsibilities:** · Update operational instructions and collect data on times, activities, and processes. · Validate the HC required for each operation based on time and activity data. · Generate necessary information for productivity project development (project pre-feasibility). · Support the creation of RIC for plant projects. · Propose process improvements, increased productivity, and availability. · Based on production indicators, measure the impact of productivity projects. · Manage activities related to the development of plant projects.
