**Program Objective:** Develop the technical, operational, and leadership competencies required to assume positions of responsibility in our plant through a rotational training program in the areas of Production, Maintenance, and Quality. **Requirements:** * Graduates of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * No prior experience required. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Availability to train Monday through Saturday, 48 hours per week. * Willingness to commute to Ñaña, Km 18.5 of the Carretera Central (Chaclacayo). **Responsibilities:** * Learn about production processes, equipment, and operational procedures. * Assist with operational and control tasks under direct supervision, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. * Record key observations and learnings during each rotation, presenting progress reports. * Collect data on times, performance, and consumption to identify improvement opportunities. * Analyze causes of operational deviations and propose corrective actions. * Support continuous improvement projects. * Prepare reports and presentations with results and improvement proposals. * Collaborate in updating and monitoring operational indicators. * Participate in reviewing procedures, work instructions, and operational forms. * Gradually take on coordination tasks with operational staff in specific activities or projects. * Develop communication, teamwork, leadership, and results-oriented skills.
