Job Summary: Responsible for contacting customers for collections, negotiating payments, resolving incidents, and reporting on collection activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage collections and negotiate payment commitments with customers. 2. Effectively resolve customer incidents. 3. Report the collection activities to supervision.
