




Job Summary: A licensed and registered professional responsible for planning, evaluating, and coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring logistics support, and generating reports for equipment management. Work order management and statistical reporting Academic Qualifications: A licensed, registered, and authorized professional in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Electronic Engineering. Certificate of Competency and Professional Registration. Responsibilities: - Plan and evaluate equipment maintenance activities. - Collect technical information and develop maintenance plans. - Develop the annual work program, monthly schedule, weekly schedule, and daily schedule for contracted activities. - Prepare monthly and cumulative comparison tables of scheduled versus executed work for contracted activities. - Ensure logistics, including materials, spare parts, instruments, equipment, and tools required for contracted activities. - Develop Work Order templates. - Assign Work Orders to appropriate personnel on a daily basis according to the monthly maintenance schedule. - Verify updates to equipment maintenance data. - Verify that the database, master records, and maintenance history of equipment under maintenance are up to date. Prepare statistical reports on maintenance plan compliance. - Support Technical Reports and Monthly Valuations.
