* Assist welders and craftsmen in preparing materials, tools, and equipment necessary for welding and fabrication tasks. * Help with cutting, bending, assembling, and fitting metal parts using manual and electric tools such as saws, grinders, and drills. * Operate workshop machinery and equipment, such as cutters, welding machines, and lifting devices, under the supervision of experienced personnel. * Perform finishing and cleaning tasks on fabricated parts and structures, including sanding, polishing, and painting on steel and iron, following established quality specifications and standards. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, including proper collection and disposal of waste and leftover materials. * Comply with workplace safety procedures, using personal protective equipment and adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines in the workshop. * Participate in training and development activities to improve technical skills and knowledge in welding, metalworking, and metal fabrication.
