**Job Description** **INHOUSE Grupo Inmobiliario**, a Peruvian company with 18 years of experience in the real estate sector, specializing in the development and construction of multifamily projects. We are seeking personnel to fill the position of Assistant Post-Sales Architect. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of post-sales experience (Essential) * Bachelor's degree in Architecture. * Knowledge of construction processes and finishing installations. * Proficient in Autocad. * Proficient in Microsoft Office. * Experience with any post-sales management software or similar. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in recording, classifying, and updating post-sales cases reported by property owners. * Perform other tasks related to their area of expertise specifically assigned by the immediate supervisor, contributing to the proper functioning of the department. * Coordinate and accompany technical visits to verify observations in real estate units. * Prepare inspection reports and follow-up records under the supervision of the Post-Sales Architect. * Provide support in scheduling corrective work and coordinating with suppliers or technical staff. * Assist in collecting quotations and documentation for handling minor requests. * Assist in preparing minutes, service orders, and other administrative documents for the department. * Control and organize the physical and digital filing of post-sales cases. * Support the control and accounting of petty cash allocated for materials or department transportation. * Provide basic responses to owner inquiries, channeling cases to the responsible architect. * Follow up on completed work and verify compliance with established deadlines. * Collaborate in the review of finishes and preparation of units for final delivery. * Perform other tasks related to their area of expertise specifically assigned by the immediate supervisor, contributing to the proper functioning of the department. **Specific Competencies:** * Communication skills * Problem solving * Customer service * Organization and follow-up * Negotiation * Project management **We Offer:** * Gross Salary: S/ 2,500 (Subject to evaluation). * Payroll inclusion from the first day. * Statutory social benefits. * Excellent work environment. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 6:30 pm Saturdays from 09:00 am to 12:00 pm **Interested candidates should send their updated Curriculum Vitae and work references to the following email: k.gonzales@inhouse.com.pe with SUBJECT: Assistant Post-Sales Architect** Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site
