





**Job Description** We are looking for a **creative, proactive, and passionate digital marketing professional** to manage the social media and communication strategies for our brands **Arzuka Pastelería** and **Polo Norte Heladería**. The goal is to strengthen digital presence, generate engaging content, and leverage **Artificial Intelligence (AI)** tools to optimize processes, create visual assets, write copy, and analyze results. **Main Responsibilities** * Edit creative photos and videos. * Publish and schedule content on social media. * Create reels and promotional videos. * Analyze campaign results. * Respond to messages and comments. **Requirements** * Graduate or final-year student in **Graphic Design**, **Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.** * Minimum of **1 year of experience managing social media or digital content.** * Knowledge in **photography, video recording, and basic editing (CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, etc.).** * Experience with **AI tools** for copywriting, idea generation, design, or analysis. * Proficiency in **Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Google Drive, and planning tools.** * Excellent writing skills, creativity, responsibility, and teamwork. * Preference for candidates with affinity for the food industry or youth-oriented brands. **We Offer** * Join two well-known and growing brands. * Creative, young, and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for growth and continuous learning. * Bonuses based on goal achievement and performance.
