The position is key to effectively managing shareholder and investor relationships within the Country Office’s private funding portfolio. **A successful candidate will have the following…** * Degree in business administration, Political Science and Public Administration, Social Sciences, Sociology, Anthropology, Social Psychology, Social Work, or related field. * A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role involving stakeholder engagement, relationship management, or donor relations, preferably within an NGO or international development context. * Advanced level of English, both spoken and written. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. * Solid understanding of child sponsorship models, program coordination, and the importance of value exchange in stakeholder relationships. * Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to donor relations and international development. **What you will do…** * **Service Operations Coordination:** Lead the implementation and supervision of Value Exchange Relationship plans at the Country Office, ensuring efficiency and alignment with FH standards and policies.
