This role will collaborate with program teams in designing, developing, and scaling impact offerings, aligning value exchange activities with the program model. The position is key to effectively managing shareholder and investor relationships within the Country Office’s private funding portfolio. **A successful candidate will have the following…** * Degree in business administration, Political Science and Public Administration, Social Sciences, Sociology, Anthropology, Social Psychology, Social Work, or related field. * A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role involving stakeholder engagement, relationship management, or donor relations, preferably within an NGO or international development context. * Advanced level of English, both spoken and written. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. * Solid understanding of child sponsorship models, program coordination, and the importance of value exchange in stakeholder relationships. * Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to donor relations and international development. **What you will do…** * **Service Operations Coordination:** Lead the implementation and supervision of Value Exchange Relationship plans at the Country Office, ensuring efficiency and alignment with FH standards and policies.
