We seek a proactive, organized, and highly responsible professional with experience in this field and a service-oriented mindset, willing to join our team and contribute to the proper development of human talent management within the institution. **Responsibilities** · Prepare payroll (\+170 employees) · Record employee attendance · Process employee onboarding and offboarding in T\-Registro · Calculate social benefits · Monitor compliance with vacation schedules and issue vacation authorizations · Update employee files and verify compliance with the onboarding checklist · Conduct onboarding for new employees or those changing positions · Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes · Issue leave permits to employees · Monitor and issue employment contracts, agreements, and other related documents · Calculate social benefits · Prepare and file AFPNet and PLAME reports · Support responses to regulatory authorities (SUNAFIL / MINTRA) · Perform account analysis for accounts 62, 14, 40, 41, etc. · Record payroll-related accounting provisions · Issue, deliver, and archive labor-related documents for employees · Other HR-related responsibilities **Requirements:** · Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Administration · Minimum 2 years of experience in this role or related fields · Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office · Knowledge of current labor regulations · Familiarity with BUK (desirable) Salary: S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
