




We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support in various human resources functions, from personnel administration and payroll to coordination of recruitment and selection activities. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Previous experience of 2 years in similar positions. (Desirable) * Experience in payroll calculation, social benefit settlements, fifth-category income tax, AFP payments, CTS and bonus calculations. (Essential) * Experience in recruitment and selection of operational staff and mid-level management. * Knowledge of labor legislation. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform payroll processing, social benefit settlements, fifth-category income tax, AFP payments, CTS and bonus calculations. * Conduct personnel selection, administer psychological tests, prepare psychosocial reports, manage references, verifications, etc. * Manage and maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee records (files, electronic documents, system databases, etc.). **BENEFITS** * Competitive salary * Part-time position (possibility to transition to full-time) * Schedule: 24 hours, 4 days per week (on-site). * Work location: Av.
