Your main objective will be ensuring compliance with labor regulations and safeguarding our employees. **What will your daily challenges be?** **People Management (HR):** * Manage and keep updated personnel documentation, including contracts, subsidies, vacations, medical leaves, and other employment procedures. * Coordinate with entities such as EPS and EsSalud for processing licenses and reimbursements. * Ensure all operations comply with Peruvian labor legislation and social security regulations. * Support the preparation of reports and key performance indicators. **Wellness and Benefits:** * Assist in managing occupational health campaigns, medical exams, and preventive programs. * Provide guidance and support to employees and their families in situations requiring professional help, such as emergencies or health-related issues. * Coordinate and implement social welfare and workplace climate programs to ensure proper care for everyone. **Sustainability:** * Support the execution of sustainability initiatives, such as recycling campaigns, waste management, and energy efficiency. * Collaborate in managing and fulfilling inclusion-related matters, such as disability inclusion. * Measure and report sustainability indicators, such as carbon footprint and participation in environmental activities. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Social Services, licensed and duly registered. * **Experience:** Minimum of **3 years** in social work and/or HR administration roles, preferably within retail companies or organizations with large staff numbers. * **Knowledge:** Strong knowledge of Peruvian labor laws and administrative procedures with institutions such as EsSalud, MTPE, SUNAT, and SUNAFIL.
