**JOB OFFERING: Marketing Area Coordinator** Gesconvial, in its process of growth and development in institutional quality, is seeking a Marketing Area Coordinator with 1 year of experience in similar functions. **Functions:** * Coordinate with the Marketing team to carry out area-related tasks. * Coordinate with internal and external teams to execute various projects. * Design graphic pieces and promotional materials for campaigns (flyers, syllabi, schedules) and generate graphic pieces for internal use. * Ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across all materials produced by the area. * Supervise the execution of advertising campaigns and analyze ad performance. * Perform other duties contributing to the improvement of the area. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) and task management tools. * Knowledge of social media campaigns and advertising. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Residency in Lima. * Availability to work in a hybrid mode. * Personal laptop or PC with stable internet connection and sufficient performance for design and/or video software.
