Job Summary: We are seeking a Media Planning Assistant to coordinate materials, monitor and control campaign metrics, and manage the administrative process of orders and billing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of materials for media campaigns. 2. Monitoring and control of campaign metrics. 3. Administrative management of orders and billing. We are currently looking for: **Media Planning Assistant** **Responsibilities** * Responsible for coordinating materials for the implementation of media campaigns. * Monitoring and tracking of campaign metrics. * Responsible for campaign monitoring. * Responsible for entering and reviewing media orders, as well as for the administrative closing and billing process. **Requirements** * Professional background: Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months’ experience as an intern or Media Planning Assistant at a media agency. * Basic knowledge of media, marketing, and/or advertising. * Basic knowledge of Google Ads. * Knowledge of Digital Marketing. * Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory; will be assessed). **Working Conditions** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. * Location: Miraflores, Lima. * Hybrid work model. * 100% EPS health insurance coverage. * Full payroll benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation days). *At OM, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnic origin, age, sex, gender, marital status, ideology, political opinions, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other personal, physical, or social condition.* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,000.00 \- S/.1,770.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
