Argentina 711 \- Cercado de Lima** We are currently looking for talented individuals for the position of **PAYROLL ASSISTANT**, who meet the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS**: * Technical degree, Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources or related fields * Over 24 years old * Valid national identity document (DNI) * Excellent communication skills * Analytical capacity and attention to detail * Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll area (REQUIRED) * Solid knowledge of current labor legislation * Intermediate level proficiency in Excel (REQUIRED) * Experience using **ContaNet payroll system (REQUIRED)** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation and review of monthly salary and wage payrolls * Management of employee registrations, terminations and modifications in T\-Registro and Plame * Calculation of social benefits: CTS, bonuses, vacations and severance payments * Preparation of payment slips and distribution to staff * Monitoring and tracking of vacations, permits, delays and absences * Management and delivery of employment contracts, renewals and terminations * Coordination and submission of payments to AFP, ONP, Essalud and other contributions * Updating employee records in an organized and digital manner * Support during internal or external audits related to payroll * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor **SALARY:** S/1500 to S/1800 soles **(depending on experience and performance)** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work location: On-site
