This time, we are looking for **01 Social Welfare Assistant \- Organizational** for our Guillermo Kaelin hospital complex. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Social Work, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the area (Assistant or Support role). * Experience handling subsidy procedures, medical leaves, corporate events, among others. * Intermediate level in Office software (desirable). * Availability to work in the district of Villa María del Triunfo. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Receive, register, control, and follow up on medical leaves, enrollment and withdrawal of beneficiaries, and track submission of files for subsidy management. * Monitor and follow up on validations with employees. * Conduct home and hospital visits as needed. * Ensure employees access their labor benefits under supervision, such as lactation room usage, breastfeeding hours, maternity, paternity, etc. * Provide daily support to employees in various cases (insurance inquiries, registrations, leave requests, work-related accidents, loans, etc.). * Implement corporate activities outlined in the Annual Social Welfare Plan. * Conduct periodic and as-needed visits to different company sites. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisors. **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * All statutory benefits. * Work at an internationally accredited company with ISO and Joint Commission International (one of the most important global healthcare accreditations). * Continuous training. * Discounts with educational institutions, oncological insurance, vendor visits, and much more. ***Our company is committed to equity and inclusion because we believe every person is unique and different.
